Installed a plunger lift where plunger lift experts said it could not work, but it works, cycling, lifting fluid out of the tubing
Tracking and monitoring production on a weekly basis and identifying reasons and causes of discrepancies from base decline and monitoring new production.
Identifying production problems with wells and planning and writing workover programs
Building and maintaining close communications with operators, foremen and superintendents on field operations and field production problems
Communicating operations issues to team,(G&G, mineral & surface land) & management as needed
Familiar with Alberta and Saskatchewan regulations and requirements
Ensure operations meet required regulatory requirements for Alberta or Saskatchewan
Where there have been regulatory shortfalls, have went in communicated with AER or MER to get back on side with regs and submitted paperwork that will satisfy regulatory agencies
Familiarize with specific facilities and processes and de-bottleneck or trouble shoot if necessary due to problems
Retrieve well information such as production, pressure tests and drilling and completion reports from the AER,
Calculate cost of building flow-lined & single well oil batteries
Field tours of facilities to assess condition & quality of facilities
Field tours to supervise construction, startup and turnaround operations of facilities
